Let me tell you my short story

In 2015, I felt stagnated at my role as I am not learning or earning enough.

Moving to a new job without upskilling didn’t seem worth it, considering the long-term career prospects.

I was a good student, so no concerns to learn new topics or explore new stuff with Self learning or coaching.

I was working in Chennai at my first job.

I joined an offline coaching center and spent six months learning Java and Selenium on weekends. It was not perfect, but a good beginning to my new phase of learning.

I have done practice of most the concepts taught.

I read many blogs, articles multiple times during my preparation phase.

  1. Thinking about learning new stuff is first step.
  2. Getting started with learning & practice that topic either online or offline from Free/Paid is second step.

Many of us get stuck at the first step, and the train can’t move when we do nothing.

Do some work to move the train to next station.
